How do i get my account back?

Okay so basically every 7 months ill have a 'WoW' relapse' where i think WoW is the best thing in the world and need to sub and play right away, but i always forget the password and because my brother bought the account 5 years ago, he has to go onto this old email and look through all the old emails on that account to find the reset link or somthing to log in.

Heres my dillema:

I, 3 months ago, logged onto WoW from an internet cafe and it said i was logging in from a foreign location and it said i needed to click on the link sent to the email. This is hell for my brother since this is the 5th time ive asked him to get the password for me, but my real question is How do i change the email account to a new one?

tl;dr How do i change the email adress on my battle.net account and how long do you need to be inactive for, to get the scroll of resurrection?

 

Its a pretty simple thing you just go into your account settings and find 'Change e-mail address' though you will need to ask your brother to confirm it via his e-mail.

Also, i beleive its 60 days?
