How do i get a name from a banned acount

so I have a banned runescape acount, but I need the name how can I transfer it

 

You can’t, unfortunate but it happens to the best of us.

 

ONe day they may wipe the unused accounts names and banned accounts and you can try to claim it at that point.

Yes. They don't release names on banned accounts.

 

I had an account banned in 2013 that had its username reset and reclaimable in the 2017 name release (the name was not reset or available for the 2014 name release).
