How do I dispute for someone else?

[HamzaAbbasi]

I want to help a guy out who's been helping me out for a while and would like to see him unbanned as the good he can do to the community is better than that of which he can do bad (ban evasion).

Didn't know where to put it so I love this topic and thought why not - Infract me If you wish or move this thread just help the guy out.

This is in the wrong place, but anyway, you post here http://www.sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=324.

Post on behalf of him in the dispute/high pardon section.
