KO/twistedtaco DragonDyce owner unwarranted kick of QBDyce

How they scammed: @QBDyce was previously a rank in Dragon Dyce who was caught tweeting stakers who were sythe users & banned from Sythe. When he was banned from Sythe he was then kicked from DragonDyce by KO for that reason. However @hattez was also caught tweeting Sythe members and openly admits to it. Hattez was not kicked from the clan and is currently a host, active in the clans discord community. KO is permitting Hattez's malicious behavior and jeopardizing his own ranks and customers accounts and money by allowing Hattez in his clan. Hattez has shown before if he doesn't like someone or something bad happens to him, he will happily take it out on other people. Allowing hattez to be a part of the clan allows him to observe and identify hosts/customers/members RSNs and do with them what he pleases.

This report is not on Hattez, but I felt some background was required.

It's obvious to see that the only reason QBDyce was kicked was because of his tweeting. So if he isn't going to kick Hattez then it's clear to say it isn't a rule of the clan and QBDyce's removal from the clan was unjust. KO needs to do one of the following; Either declare that tweeting is against his clans rules and kick Hattez, OR let Hattez remain a rank, not have an issue with tweeting and allow QBDyce back in the clan/refund his rank payment. If he chooses to do none of the above stated, he should be banned on Sythe for scamming ranks of their payment, kicking a rank without fair reason, and advertising a malicious clan on sythe.

 

There's 0 proof here and there's literally no obligation for Sythe.org to help in this situation because it's outside of Sythe's territory. If you wish him to be kicked off @twistedtaco's clan you'll have to take it up with him, not with the Sythe staff team.
