The red bit how do I delete that?
If you have access to the file itself, open it up.
Near the top of the page there are tags (words held within pointed brackets) which should read HTML, HEAD and then finally TITLE, something like:
The text within the "<title></title>" is what renders as the tab title so change that and you will change the stuff in the red-text.
If you are using a CMS, for instance Wordpress, you will need to go into your user control panel and change the page titles there!
