VidGif is an awesome and full of win program. You import an AVI into the program, get to preview it and edit some things, and save it as a GIF. It's pretty good quality too, apart from a big watermark of GEOVID on the picure, like in my DP.. It was meant to move but the file size was too big and now it just kinda sits there. Lawls.
