How do I cancel recovery questions?

I'm in the process of selling my main account on Runescape, but I'm trouble canceling my recovery questions. When I log into Runescape, the main page tells me when that my recoveries are set.

However, when I go to Runescape.com > Account > Account Management > Cancel Recovery Questions, I get the following message:

There are no pending recovery questions to cancel.

If you wish, you can set new recovery questions.

It's probably a bug. Did you talk with Jagex yet?

You have to go to Someone knows my recovery questions and they will be deleted.

ya or you gota go recover a stolen pass word and recovs should be cancled after you get it back

you cant juse cancel them. where you quoted. that means there is no pending recoveries which means that there are none that are pending waiting to be set.

I haven't yet. I'd rather not get Jagex's attention while selling an account meanwhile anyway.
