How do expired infactions work?

Hello,

I'm wondering how expired infractions work. I currently have four infractions. One of them is reversed as it wasn't fair and two others will expire within 10 days from now.

If you get an offence for minor macroing on RuneScape, you will get banned for 7 days and it will expire in 1 year. However, if you get caught for macroing again 13 months later (first offence = expired) you will get banned for 14 days. I'm not sure how it works on Sythe:

When an infraction expires, it truly means expires or is there a system like on RuneScape?

If I would have four infractions in total and three of them would be expired and another one would be reversed, would I get banned for the next infraction?

I'm trying my best not to get any infractions of course, but I got some infractions for some minor things like posting a topic in the wrong section while there actually is no correct section for the question I had.. yet I got an infracton. So that's why I'm wondering about those infractions, if they will bug me in the future I'll PM the guy that gave me an infraction to explain the situation to get it removed.

When reading through the rules I couldn't find the answers.

 

Basically when an infraction expires, it's as if it's not there. Naturally, the infraction system keeps a log of past infractions for reference.
