    How did you get your username?
    Didn't want to post my real RS username out of fear of getting banned so I made up BobTheCat which is Jagex's name for their cat. However I don't really care for it now so I kind of wish it would change.

    Also made my account 3 years ago before people were so sure Jagex wasn't viewing. Plus I was worried regardless.

    And no...they can't, there is a United Kingdom ip-block on this site, I mean theoretically they could proxy on, but I'm sure Jagex has better things to do.
