How did Error Free get unbanned without paying me back?

At the beginning of April, I was scammed by Error Free. He took my whip + 200k in rune items/food on an account he was supposed to do questing for. He never did the quest and just took my shit and logged out never to be heard from again. I then got banned for framing him, until Roary gave me the time of day and we got it settled and I was unbanned and Error Free was banned. Now Error Free is somehow unbanned w/out giving me back my items he stole from me? How is this possible? Sometimes this site just has me baffled.

 

It wasn't proven he stole from the items and the way the other staff and I saw it there wasn't conclusive evidence, he has offered to repay the items to you as a nice gesture. Add my skype.
