Only ways I know of are bounty hunter and [party room for 49k or less at a time.] Gotta be pretty lucky for both.

Heres a good method with the party room. Do this during the midnight or on a school night close to night like one a.m.!

Step one: Get both accounts in the party room. Take the account your receiving the items on upstairs.

Step two: Put the item in the chest from your main if your transferring from him. Make sure the item is only worth around 49,000 coins! if its over 50,000 coins then the Falador bankers will announce.

Step three: Log off your main and onto your pure. Make sure your pure that your receiving the items on has around 1,000 coins each time you pull the lever. Now start popping balloons and you will hopefully get your item.

BEST ITEMS TO DROP (NOT CASH AS CAN LEAD TO LOOSING)

Rune armour pieces...are below 50,000 coins -Best ones I can think of. Then sell the items to the grand exchange for your money.
