you posted in the wrong section, but I'll tell you anyways.
But first, do you absolutely have to be alone? Can't you just ask somebody else to take the pictures for you?
If not, you'd just have to put your phone at an angle and set the timer (if there is one.)

Also, the smoke pictures
no one can really tell you how to take those pics. You'll just have to keep on trying over and over again until you get results that satisfy you.

 

With smoke pictures, it's all about luck of timing, pictures like that could take five minutes, or take hours to get perfect. As for the "sexy" pictures, try to use a camera/webcam with a timer. Situate it so it's at the angle you'd like, with a bit of trial and error with lighting and angles and such, take the photos and find the positioning you like the best.
