    How can i really define my abs?

    ^ Basically. Also with your body, I wouldn't recommend it, not being mean you'll look like a skeleton and unattractive (nohmo).

    How can i really define my abs?

    I would recommend doing p90x exercises. Not only will they help your abs, but they will help your whole body if you are determined.

    OT: Pull ups are actually great for abs if you keep your legs out in front of you a little bit. Will also help you add a little mass to back and arms also

    lots of swimming running skipping rope etc. just good high intensity cardio.

    crunches leg lifts and side crunches.
    do all this a few times a week and you will have a solid set of abs

    How can i really define my abs?

    im going to start doing the intensity workout..
    i looked at reviews/ before,after pictures and they really lost stomach fat.. im just looking to lose about an inch of fat, so my babs show more, thanks for the advice and some constuctive critisism
