How Can I Get This Scammer

I was trading my Xbox 360 Elite for a flashed xbox and I sent first this was a week ago and I never got anything back besides, getting him Bnned what can I do please help how would I get it back

 

More than likely Lost it ,Unless you sent with a delivery company ,give them a ring and see what they can do for you .Other than that i suggest hiring a load of thugs and a van ,drive to the location you shipped it and fuck him up.

lets speak with more logistics here.. few things..

-where did you sell from? i'm guessing here on sythe?
-if you got his address, it would not be hard to get into contact with whatever phone number is listed with that address. Seeing the person probably lives with mommy and daddy still if they scam. SO use google, it's a very helpful tool.
-if you sold on sythe, you have to be willing to understand that there are LOADS of scammers that come on to this site, the first mistake you trusted people WAY to much. Going first risks that. I'm sure you could have found a better site to do this .

you have to take full responsibility into a trade if you get scammed you have to understand it's a loss if they scam and the only thing you can do is report and hope they get what they deserve.

 

What would I do if I did get his phone #?

 

Just talk to who ever answeres. Hope he lives with his Parents still and you might be able to get you'r stuff back.

you have to realize that selling stuff this way is a gamble, and always think that EVERYONE is a scammer. So you have to take full responsibility in your transaction. A loss is a loss. so take the steps I have given you to TRY to get your stuff back.

 

wrong section. If this guy is from sythe all you can do is get him banned. Otherwise I would probably call the police.

 

Dox him. You know his name and address. Shouldn't be that hard. Then, just SWAT him a bunch.
