Help with RS Graphics.

So I noticed I'm not getting all I can possibly get out of RS. My graphics are all on the max settings, as seen here:




Now what's bugging me is alot of items on runescape.wikia.com are much more detailed than what I have. For example, here is the elite task set on the wiki.



And here is my game on full graphics, the biggest difference can be seen on the chainmail on the arms. (they are less detailed)




Also, you will notice my screenshot has more brown in it, are these small graphical issues due to having everything on max? if so what should I take down and how far down? If it's not due to any game settings, how can I change this?

 

I can't say much for the detail on the chainmail, but the brown could be a result of the lighting in the area you took the screenshot. Your screenshot looks like it is taken inside with fire-like lighting, where the wiki shot looks like it could be taken in a dungeon, somewhere darker with white lighting rather than tan-orange lighting.

 

Are you P2P?

IIRC only P2P gets HD

 

It looks like your brightness is all the way down. Try turning that up and maybe that will work. I know most pictures are taken on the grassy areas surrounding your house. So lighting could be your issue.

Thanks for the help, I was in ports when I took the shot, so I'll attempt it at my house, and I'll also try changing the brightness.

 

Best of luck! I imagine more detail could be brought out by zooming in on your character too. Just a thought ; p

 

Try switchig about the main graphics settings, Direct x/OpenGL etc
I'm sure most wiki pics are taken using the orb of oculus too

 

Maybe turn bloom off I don't think wiki pics are taken with it on
