im in a predicament, noone uses paypal anymore so i cant use that
i cant use e-gold because they either dont accept american express, or they require you to send them tons of information like copys of credit cards, utilities bills, and drivers licenses, things i dont have.
are there any methods i can use
im 17 and i dont have online banking, but i do have an american express credit card
