Claws have a once space advantage. So they don't expect you hitting until the last second.
Dds takes quite awhile to perform all 4 specs. Allowing them to eat, brew and pray. Also, it's accuracy is much lower. Lower chance of hitting double 30s or 40s.
While claws you can hit over 140 dmg in 2 seconds.

 

So you came up with a question, failed to make the question make sense, and so you tried to bail yourself out with another question.
