second more, more committed drawing on the wacom, took a bit more time for this one

 

I'd layoff the brushes a bit, it seems you're throwing them in for the absence of nothing else. This one is definitely better than the first edition, as you're getting closer to creating an actual focal point (the name of the clan).

Brushes are fun, but less is more. I'd like to see you challenge yourself to create a few pieces without them. Will definitely help you expand your learning curve and possibly change your design process.

*This will also gear you into blending those stocks.

 

This one is very good, I like the shadowing that you've done around the ancient staff really makes it stand out! gj bud.
