Misleading titles for "Rare Names" in Black Market.

It should be treated as SPAM.

I'm tired of these misleading threads, and when I open one, it would be a person selling a name like," dds k0 you, or d b0w pur3".

The term "Rare" is a matter of opinion

 

Well, yes, that's somewhat true, but when someone has the the title, "Selling the best, most epic, rare, valuable username ever!!!!"

Then the name shouldn't be, "z0mfgpr78"...

 

Every name is rare since you can only make them once people have there own opinions dis agreed.

Names like "Dds 0wn u" & "Pk y0u d0wn" Are NOT considered rare by anyone.
And MOST poeple that are selling "RARE names" are selling names like the above.

 

You guys who are saying 'anything can be rare', you're taking it too literally. Then anything can be a pure too, such as a level 3 and a pure crap account. How about coin a new term for actual rare names?

 

Rare isn't a matter of opinion, there is a sticky telling us what is rare and what is not.

I love the leechers that say all names on RS are rare because only you can have it LOL or any one that says that.


But any ways, I personally don't care about user names lol, but yea I like seeing epic names now and then like 3, or Obby or w/e the name may be.

And miss leading titles in general

[SWAP]TRADING BEST ACC ON SYTHE

I don't look too much in the black market thread any more because I lost a lot of money, but yea it's annoying to see stupid title's especially often times when the kids pure has 2-3 defense, I don't think that could deserve the title "best" or any thing.

And I suppose with the rare name thing too.

I don't think you should be able to say it's a 'Rare Name/Account' as all accounts are rare. There is only one of every username, therefor making it rare.

 

Though if a mod reads this, I'm pretty sure people have the free speech to express THEIR thread how they want, good suggestion, just doubting that it will ever be passed.

 

I think every one of those people know their names aren't rare what so ever but they just want views.....it's annoying

 

As for saying every name is "rare", I guess technically you are right. People define good names, such as just words, 2 characters, etc as rare because it is rare to see a name like that, since most were made around 2002-2003.

I agree, I'm currently trying to buy an account with a rare name and keep getting strange offers, and I see strange names being sold as 'rare' on the accounts forum... its extremely annoying.

When I wan't to buy a good name rs account I usually see lots of bad names that don't follow the stickys definition of 'rare names'.

If these were treated as 'SPAM' people wouldn't create threads for bad names anymore.
