I don't agree on this subject; Sythe is a good name to start with, and why would Middle Men do their service for free, it'll be a waste of time to start with, most Middle Men serve free charges if they're unofficial or trusted, to become an Official Middle Man. It's nor Sythe's fault our market is full of scammers, there's guides to help you prevent scammers, if you use all the guides, it's almost *impossiable* to get scammed, unless a trusted player turns evil or you go first, but they get I.P. Banned.

Let's get back to realist terms, hmm? Everyone knows Sythe can do better, yet it is still number one in cheating, I don't see a reason to complain about it, everyone else earned their Moderator / Middle Man / User Educator poision, why aren't you?

I CBF reading this whole thread but from what i have gathered people are winging about scammers etc. Id like the time to put this to you guys...

- The staff do everything they can to stop or prevent scamming, if and when there is sufficient proof the user is banned
- Only idiots who get scammed complain, EVERY scamm out there is simple and preventable if you ARE infact stupid enough to fall for a scamm.. Enough Said. If you took the right precautions you wouldn't be worried about the neebs around here trying to make a few quick gp
- MMs are lazy and charge way too much? It's a job, if you do not like paying for a service then i think you need to rethink living. Nothing is free my friend. MMs WILL mm if the trade is worthwhile and if they have the time

 

Yeah. The moderators are actually doing pretty good. They try their best to prevent scammers, and I've seen them. It's not their problem that scammers keep coming in and coming in. Middlemans are reaaaally busy.

Not true theres some people that have been reported for scamming 5+ times or more and just continue scamming the newbies of this community and they do nothin. I suggested using TWC more often but I guess the staff is too lazy to do a bit more to stop scammers. -.-

One Mithril_Ore finally banned after scamming a lot of people.

Heartless child has been named a scammer numerous times in his firecape thread.

 

You cannot ban someone for having 5 reports against them with no proof. If theres sufficiant proof for a TwC then theres enough for a ban. End of story.

 

Yea I guess nothin you should done I mean just because about 100 percent of the time they end being actual scammers then yea I guess it ain't worth it.

Then whats the point of the TWC rank?

Andrew had it before he was banned so why can't other suspected scammers get it?

Well, do some research. Sectional mods cannot do the report a scammer section. Only the spammer. If you have a problem with the way i do my modding then take it up with me. I'd be glad to hear what i'm doing wrong

Rofl I have not seen one thread locked in the market section. The only does get any attention at all is the gold section and thats probably it.
