not receiving emails

My email linked to my sythe: Oldrunepker, is [email protected] and i am not receiving emails to be able to change my password.

 

i get my email, then i enter the verification code and then i get hit with this:

Doesnt make sense how its not valid, considering the email is going to my registered email " [email protected]" So am i just not getting the next email with my new password or what? been 2 days now no help.
