Explanation of the trade: I bought a service where he would train 2 accounts to SOTE skills wise and 2 with 55 farming 60 fishing 60 cooking. total 275 for the sotes and 50 for the others. Also bought 2 bonds for $8. We agreed on pay as the service is being done.
How they scammed: Did not deliver accounts as discussed and instead suicided them after receiving $108 payment. He was even advertising in his #completedjobs that the accounts were finished but they were not. He has been banned on Eldorado you can see this in 1st screenshot.

This totally not true

Total job value was 325$ +8$ for bonds

Order was like 80% complete, until I noticed he started to make excuses about how rich/trusted he is instead of paying us. We agreed pay as go, but he didn't pay.

We waited patient, but instead he was very rude and so signs of payment. Yes we were forced to die on his 1/4 of HCIM because he didn't pay, 3accounts left we believe payment of 108$ which he paid is still low for what we did on accouns. We still believe he owns us money for job we left him on 3acc.

He was about to get 2x sote stats ready accounts for 108$+the other 2 on HCIM which is ridiculous... Even by dieing on one, still 108$ payment is too little for one account and he still get 2other accs on top we did.

And other 2accs for 50$ one is completed, and other one like 4h away from completion.

Solution here is calculate % of job we did, I'm sure he has to pay us more then 108$ even by us force die on one account.

We are victim here he owed us more then 100usd for work that was done, even dieing on one acc on purpouse the 108usd doesnt cover work we done, this is super sad for us...

Both accs looked similar so only 27-70con was mising and 47-70hunter and 25-50thieving and a bit combat stats which is low priority job afk and he claims 108/325usd payment was enough at this point and we had to do more work, there are many hiden things like coins and logs banked for construction...

this one was the 2x accs for 50usd, this one is ready and other one is like 4h away from finishing, i posted both done to keep less spam in my order compleations chanel

from 26.aug until today 29th aug he went on ignoring spree after was time to pay

after this i knew he wont pay us, so i decided to log on one acc and hold in it combat on low hp, incase he changes PW acc still dies. Instead of paying he told me to do it and he will get me banned or so, he also told me to die on all accs i was working on, but i didnt...

Killing them? we only killed 1acc rest are safe Killing was done to end this service because there was nothing we can do, we did too much job and u didnt pay, agreement from start was pay as we go, not pay when we finish and to blindly trust you that u will pay when we finish all IDK, mostly ur rude replies gave me green light to understand i will not get paid, will leave to admins to check who is more retarded here.

i got 108/325 of orginal agreement when accs were few days left to finish

i died on one acc
means total work value 108/187.5usd

2X 55farm acc - one is done other is 4H away from finished this counts as 50usd

and one remining HCIM SOTE i did skills for 58$ is no brainer, even not to count in acc i died and worked for free he still owes me money for the one left acc and 1+1 55farm acc... @Yoshiki

yes correct, in theory all 4secured by him.

nothing rlly was agreed other then pay as go, job to delay payment. Ego thing also, he pushed me to die on all 4accs, but i only did on one.

 

@HonestVenny you should have made your own report for a resolution on the lack of payments instead of making the decision to kill one of the accounts. With that being said, @charleswestmoreland will not be required to pay for any of the work on that account.

Since there were no terms of service and the installment payment agreement was very undetailed, @charleswestmoreland you will need to pay @HonestVenny for the work that was completed on the remaining 3 accounts. If you two are unable to come to an agreement I can step in to assist. Please let me know as soon as you can if you two are able to come to a mutual agreement.

Already tried to make agreement with him, and cant make any agreements

4h away from finishing was the 2x 55farm acc (50usd job, this job was added in middlo of SOTE order)

here u can see one SOTE acc i died on, other had similar stats, question here is would you do stats shown in this picture on 1HCIM acc for 58usd, we did 2, but even for 1acc this is too low pay, and no point to price check and investigate if he wont pay, we belive order was like 80% done of our orginal 325usd agrement for all, even if he pays we still wasted our time lvling extra acc for nothing, even regular ironman with that kind of stats holds some value, he was OO of all 4accs. also 2X SOTE we agreed was without final quest and some other to avoid chances of death
also bank had coins, banked construction planks... i belive we would have finished all in 2days and we only got 108/325payment and guy was refusing to pay, he used the small job as excuse, finish small job then i pay.... we did not agree on such thing, also he ignored me for 3days where we did extra training where all this started...

this screenshot says a lot i think, baby accs was 4h away from done (50$) SOTE from us we agreed 275for 2SOTE, per acc 137$. so far we got 58$ for that 1SOTE that is still alive
58+96=154(but i doubt other providers do that cheap as we did, so little was left thats why price low, some quests were done too)

58$ comes from he paid 108-50$(the small job 2acc that was 4h away from done)
Again we didnt include herblore(he said he will do lunar chests for fast herbs and quests himself) and that other provider seems to agree 96usd for all including herb and final boss SOTE

 

@HonestVenny if you are not able to come to a mutual agreement on a payment, I will need screenshots of all of the work that was completed on all 3 accounts - preferably Runelite screenshots with the usernames displayed (please provide these privately via the post report button at the top right).


@charleswestmoreland, please provide some insight/confirm what exactly was missing from the 3 accounts when you secured them. If you have screenshots, please provide them as well.

This shows that he will not pay, also i dont have acc info anymore and everything is deleted, but its clear he will not pay anything.

 

@HonestVenny if you are not able to provide any proof of the work you've completed, I won't be able to calculate a payment amount owed. Please double check your Runelite screenshot folders to see if you are able to locate any proof of your work. These cropped screenshots do not provide me with any substantial evidence.


@charleswestmoreland I will also need your insight here on the status of each of the 4 accounts. Have you secured them? If so, what exactly was missing from the order?

As there has been no response from @charleswestmoreland and no proof of the work that was completed, I'm going to go ahead and close this report with no debt owed.

However @HonestVenny, it was rather concerning that you lied to a customer about the status of the accounts and marked them as complete when they were not. I am going to issue you a Trade With Caution (TWC) rank for poor trading practices which may be disputed after 30 days.
