Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I've forgotten and can't find any of my threads. If I remember right I and another member got into a dispute and I ended up being banned due to it and never cared to return.

I can't elaborate as I have no idea what the heck happened that long ago.... 16 years as you stated , I slightly remember whatever happened I could've cared less to attempt to get un-banned at the time and moved on.

There does not appear to be any scam report to validate your ban. I have gone ahead and removed the DNT from @W8621, you will need to recover the account @jr394 as it has been inactive for a long time before it can be unbanned. You can do that here Account Recovery & Creation
