    Hey guys.

    I just got permanently banned from Sythe and Epic NPC.

    Is it because I logged on from a different IP at work, and then logged on from my home PC?

    I've done this multiple times before, however.

    Is it just because I had them both open in different tabs at the same time?

    Could my ban be lifted please?
