Home teleports

[Punkerpunk13]

When did they become available at any time? I just noticed that you don't have to wait 30 minutes now for home teleports on regular spellbook/ancients; I haven't tested lunar. I don't keep up with random rs updates like this, so don't troll me if it happened like half a year ago.

[wogsRus]

Happened like at the start of the year I think, one of the rare runescape updates that's actually helpful to all players
