    Yep, those prices I noted down are just the cheapest price of the items brand new.

    I would just prefer to have a home gym. Than be travelling half an hour on my bike to David Lloyd and also my Dad is only funding it because I reckon he will want to use it XD. Anyway I see you all aganist the Ab trainer I've used it before it was relatively good for me. But I'm still up for suggestions as I want the best possible equipment that will perform the best.

    Home Made GYM Advice

    Could treat the biking as a warm up/cool down. I usually bike two miles as a warm up but that only takes 6 minutes. I highly advise against using any ab machines or weighted ab exercises. My abs ended up being very overdeveloped because of it, it still looks like I have a slight pot belly when I wear a shirt and i'm up to a 44 inch chest.
