[McMyAdmin]Need help configuring a server

Heya!

I'm currently trying out a new service for hosting a minecraft server, using McMyAdmin.
Never used this one before, normally I used hosting services which tinstalled everything for me, or hosting services that had very extensive FTP acces.

What I need done:

Permissions plugin setup, PermissionsEx/Groupmanager or whatever. It just needs to be ready-to-go and all commands for other plugins implemented.
Factions plugin needs to be setup. Don't bother with the configuration after a basic level, I'll do the adjustments myself.
LoginSecurity (already working) needs to stay working
(Essentials if you feel like it, not really 100% needed but would be nice)

I don't care how you get it done, but I need it done.
I can give the person willing to help me acces to the McMyAdmin using a temporary account.

The person whom is willing to help me, and actually succeeds at all these tasks above will ofcourse be paid via an agreement we will make before the handover of the password.
