The gravitational attraction between the human and squirrel is so small you could hardly measure it. How hard they hit the ground is dependent upon force.

On top of that, if you measure the attraction between the objects in one scale, you need to measure the attraction to the earth when taking into account the fact that the earth has a mass 9.6322581e+22 greater than that of an average human's at 62Kg

I would say Humans would because they weigh more, so they'll hit the ground with more force. However, the damage is subjective so it's iffy.
