Hitting Women

First of all, I don't start fights with anyone, man or woman, so saying why can't the guy hit first doesn't apply to me at least because I wouldn't hit a guy first either.

If a woman hit me first, it doesn't so much depend on the sex of her, but depends on her stature/size. If I am bigger and stronger than her, than I would detain, and I would do the same for a male that I was much bigger or stronger than. In my opinion it is more of a fair fight more of the time between men because men are more of the time closer to equal size than compared men to women. If a woman was the same size/strength as me and was fighting me, I would have no problem hitting back.

Eh, I find it annoying that some women out there think they can go around hitting guys and getting away with it because they are women.

But tbh if she is really trying to attack you, you can just bear hug them and laugh at them till they calm down, no reason to hit them.

If they had a knife/weapon, then sure go ahead and roundhouse them, but honestly most women won't be able to hurt you with slaps/fists so just restrain them if necessary, don't hit. Keep in mind, even if a woman punches you 3 times in the face, if you hit her back there is a good chance you will be the one charged by police and be bashed by every guy in the surrounding area. Not worth it

 

My mom used to tell me not to hit women, I would reply "I would NEVER hit a woman. But I have no problem hitting a bitch".

In most cases if someone hits me or takes a swing, I'll just grab their arm and stop them doing it again; regardless of whether they are male or female. I'd be less inclined to hit a girl though, it just wouldn't feel right. I'd feel absolutely awful afterwards even if my actions were justified.

Its not right to hit women, even though they are striving to be equal. Its just plane wrong. Just man handling them for a while would suffice in more circumstances, or creating a gap, like closing a door on them or something.

The only time i would hit one is if they had a knife or a gun. Anything other then that is just wrong.

 

I have seen ugly whore girls swing at guys with closed fists and have the dudes not even do anything back because it's socially unacceptable.

I disagree 100% I would beat the woman's ass if shes trashy and swinging at me.

 

I feel the same exact way you do OP. Women have been fighting like crazy for EQUAL rights, but they expect to be treated better than men. More delicate if you will. I'm glad someone else see's it the way I do. If a woman hits me I hit her back. Its a big taboo where I live (California), but she deserves it.

The only thing is I still find it wrong to instigate it ie: hitting her first. That's still messed up in my view.

If it was just a slap, I wouldn't hit the girl back. If she was coming at me, I would defend myself, but as soon as I was out of danger or had her restrained somehow, that would be the end of it. I do not believe in hitting women for any reason other than self defense. In fact, this is not limited to women, because I would never start a fight with anybody.

That said, I really hate the feminist movement. I'm all for equal rights, but what the feminists want are not equal rights. They want to be superior/an exception to everything that doesn't benefit them by being equal. For example, I do believe a woman should be paid just as much as a man for the same jobs. That's just stupid to pay them less. However, I find it repulsive that a woman can say that a man is sexually harassing her and the man can be punished (most of the time fired) without having any proof. I do see how this DOES serve a purpose, but I feel like it's one of those things that when abused can be a life ruiner and it should not be so easy for them. If a man were to say that a woman is coming onto him, he would be laughed at and asked "Are you serious?" most likely. If anything DID come of it, he would certainly be required to prove it. It's not fair, which is what women want anyway.

My girlfriend is somewhat of a feminist, and it pisses me off. Not enough for me to not want to be with her obviously, but when she tries saying all these various things that need to be changed to make women equal I can't help but sit there thinking "That gives you an advantage... not makes you equal."

Off-topic, but I feel largely the same about racial issues. I do not believe "equality" means having advantages/special treatment.

I' understand if a girl slaps you, you're supposed to turn the other cheek and walk away. I've never or will hit a female, I might grab her arms so she can't hit me. But I've seen guys do it and get jumped.

 

well i mean. its kind of a hard concept to come by you know? a man could TOTALLY fuck up a woman at some point in the argument. but thats the point, men are suposed to be gentlemen at all times.. keyword, "gentle". Hitting women isn't something that men should be able to do. now, wrestling around, piking her up, or pinning her is accpetable for her to be able to stop striking you to where you are defensless. but the whole reason we're men today, is because we show women that we are all GENTLE giants. now if a bitch is beating yo ass, and u finna die, you betta kill dat bitch. but a couple of punches, smacks, kicks, spits, thats all baby hits. man up, and take the hit.

 

So when does a lady act lady like?

 

Hitting a woman is only acceptable WHEN.


A.) She is Trying to kill you.

B.) SHe is trying to kill/hurt your child/family.



If a Man just hits a woman cus he thinks hes a baddass he should be shot in the legs, and strung up by a noose. It's not a matter of ooh shes a woman she can't defend herself.. It's a Matter of being a Gentleman. If a woman slaps you, you can grab her hands and keep her from hitting you, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HIT HER BACK.
