[HIRING] VPS Manager + Customer Service Opening

R2Pleasent Gold is looking for someone to help manage our Virtual Private Server and Virtual Boxes. We want someone who has solid experience setting up and managing VPS's. You should have experience with VirtualBox, understand how to set up multiple different types of operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, possibly Linux), and are good at problem solving. You are able to set up full environments start to finish which can run instances of popular games like Runescape / Steam / etc.

You should also be interested in providing about 10-15 hours a week in Customer Support related services for R2Pleasent Gold. Possibility for increased responsibility once you have proven yourself. A highly trusted Sythe member could also possibly assist in deliveries and purchases, resulting in commissions.

This is a contract position. It is paid based on the hours you work per week, rate is negotiable. Will end up being between $4-10 per hour depending on your experience, capabilities, and reputation in the market. We would strongly prefer someone who does not work or participate in another gold website or major shop.

You will be working with the longest-running gold shop on Sythe. R2Pleasent Gold also has ownership or part-ownership in several other related websites, including GGBoost.com and AccKings.com. There are many opportunities for growth in this business, we are looking for someone who is interested in being a part of our close-knit team.

1. I have lots of previous experience working with VPS's, whether in a corporate environment or on my own as a side hobby. Regarding a corporate environment, I have worked with setting up and maintaining VPS's in Linux (specifically Ubuntu). As a hobby, I have also run many VPS's for botting, specifically for RuneScape on a Linux server with Ubuntu. I have also setup and used VPS's in Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard along with Windows Server 2016 Standard for (once again) botting RuneScape. Along with those, I have used VPS's to host other applications such as Apache on Linux to host websites. In regards to Virtual Boxes, I have previous experience setting up and maintaining with Windows 7. I have used the Virtual Box to host mostly RuneScape, but also an occasional steam game/scripts. I have experience working with Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, OVH, and Digital Ocean in regards to VPS hosting.

2. I have used Sythe extensively enough to obtain (at the time of writing) 74 vouches. This is through buying/selling accounts, services for myself and others, along with buying/selling gold. I have also previously worked as a Customer Support Agent previously where I sold RSGP on two websites. I worked in that position for an approximate of 3 months. I also have experience of selling and customer support outside of the internet. I have worked in Sales for approximately one year and Customer Support position for two years.
