[HIRING] The Dart

Hello everyone,

My names Tom; I recently opened up a blog-orientated website and I am looking to hire several people for different positions.


AUTHORS/WRITERS/POSTERS

FIRSTLY, I AM LOOKING TO HIRE WRITERS FOR THE SITE: YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY CATEGORY YOU WISH TO WRITE FOR E.G.: COOKING, GAMES, TECHNOLOGY, SCIENCE, WILDLIFE, ETC ETC. IT CAN BE A PICTURE BLOG, TEXT BLOG OR VIDEO BLOG!
The way it will work specifically for writers is:
You can either write an article from scratch and post it, or
You're able to take an already existing article you found online to be interesting, summarize it (put it into your own words) (should be roughly 250 words) and then link the original article below; saying (if you're interested in reading more about this please check out this page www....etc)
and a final option is there is an entertainment section; here you can just embed videos/pictures (make sure they're copyright-free or you source properly, otherwise you can get in trouble!) but this is the easiest source of posting, not only is it quick but it's appealing to see (thus increasing your overall revenue earned)

Here's the plan:
I started up a blog-magazine-orientated website.

Anyhow, the way this will be structured is: I will be managing general monetizing of the site, security along with the SEO, and advertising, while maintaining the overall well-being of the website. On the other hand, while you along side with other authors [4 authors so far] will be posting content of your choice onto the site. As we gradually build up a reader-base we will be earning more and more residual income off of each post made. Net profit equity will be split among each author 50/50. What I mean by this is : for example every article you post we reach roughly 1000 viewers per article/day, [that's ~0.10cents/view] so that's $100/article/day; that means, you will get $50/article/day, and I will get $50/article/day. So for every article you post, equity is split 50/50 you/me.If you're interested inbox me, or comment below, along with any questions or concerns.

Facebook Manager

As facebook manager, you will be in charge of TheDart facebook group; your responsibilities will include:
-Posting article links from TheDart
-Advertising TheDart to your friends, and others
-Generating some likes,comments, all that good stuff on facebook
-Payment will be discussed later.

Twitter Manager
----------------------
As twitter manager, you will be in charge of TheDart twitter group; your responsibilities will include:
-Posting article links from TheDart
-Advertising TheDart to your friends, and others
-Generating some retweets,followers,comments, all that good stuff on twitter
-Payment will be discussed later.

Advertising Coordinator
--------------------
As twitter manager, you will be in charge of advertising and being an advocate for TheDart; your responsibilities will include:
-Advertising TheDart to your friends, and others
-Provide a solid # of unique-visitors/day to www.TheDart.net
-Answering technical-related questions on the website
-Overall maintenance of userbase/target market
-Payment will be discussed later.

Some Extra Information:

• You must be over the age of 18, I will require to see some sort of identification
  
• This is not a get rich quick scheme, this will take at least one month to start generating some quality of residual income
  
• You must have a microphone, camera, and skype.

Don't you think your slogan is a bit... wrong? Seems like The Dart would be "unleashing at a target" would be better.
