⭐ Hiring Live Chat Agent ⭐ R2Pleasent + GrindSwap.com ⭐ 5-6 Days Per Week [40-50 Hrs per Week]

Hey folks,

There is a new opening at both R2Pleasent.com and Grindswap.com. The brunt of the time slot is on the weekend (Saturday + Sunday). This is a contract position where you would be working Live Chat for both sites at the same time (Gold + Accounts). It is a good opportunity, this is the first opening we have had at R2Pleasent.com in over 4 years!


So far we have seen solid growth since inception. Getting into this company now will provide opportunities to grow, and possibly assist on R2Pleasent.com as well.

Your duties:

• Provide high quality customer support in English
• Manage inventory, communicate with suppliers
• Communicate with potential new suppliers to expand our product/service offering
• Record relevant transactions on our spreadsheets in an orderly manner

We are looking for someone who can be online for 6-9 hours a day, 5-6 days per week. Grindswap has low call volumes, but high-priced conversions. This means it will not require your attention between calls, but when a call comes you need to be ready to provide high quality support.

Pay is a combination of revenue sharing for the orders you complete, along with a basic monthly payment. We are looking for a team member that has experience in this industry (RS Gold, Accounts, etc.). We also would like to find candidates motivated to stay long term and grow with the company.

We prefer candidates in Europe or Asia/Australia due to timezones.
