1. You can provide evidence you created the graphics work for the client. Failure to do so will result in termination from the team and forfeit of your deposit.
2. You provide all graphic work on time and in alignment with agreed upon deadlines. Failure to do so will result in termination from the team and forfeit of your deposit.
3. Your graphics work is up to standard, I have all rights too make the judgement call.
4. A deposit is required for all workers as collateral. - 75% will be refunded if you decide to leave in the first 7 days, after the initial 7 days the deposit becomes void to refunding.
5. You can advertise, but always provide my discord link below.
6. All orders are processed by myself.
7. Any order you take must be completed, if you fail to do so without a VALID* reason, you will be removed from the team & your deposit will be forfeited.
8. You must notify me when you are unable to work/provide a service IN ADVANCE.
9. You are not allowed to take any payment from customers on your own. Doing so will make you a liability and can lead to removal from the service/team & your deposit will be forfeited.
10. Bad behavior/demeanor or negligent behavior can lead to removal from the team & your deposit will be forfeited.
11. You must be able to deposit $15-$40 USD BTC or 07 equivalent.
12. Sythe account must be in good standing - (no TWC or DNT).
13. Payment happens up to 24 hours after you complete the job. If it takes longer then 24 hours no penalties are applied to the payer(ME) of the worker.
14. you accept 75%-95% of the order payment based on what I see fit according to speed and quality of your service for each specific job.
15. Additional terms are allowed to be added.
