2-3 weeks for a beta version, and about 4 months for the full version.

 

I'm an accepted member at SRL-Forums (you have to apply with a script that is reviewed to be accepted), so I can do SCAR+SRL part, but I'm not familiar with the other languages. If you are interested, add me at [email protected]
