Hiring a Development Team

My Mission Statement:

I want to create one of the best private servers not just now but ever. I know I have the funds to do so in order to get it off the ground, all I need is the right staff. I'm looking for a staff that knows exactly what they are doing, and how they are going to do it. I am aiming for this sever to open approximately one month from now, and I need people that have the time and focus to get this project FINISHED.

I want the server to have a fantastic stable economy, I want the combat system to be flawless, I want skills to be working 100%. This server will be mine and what I say goes unless the majority of my staff disagrees with the idea.


Here is what I need:

I need coder that is very good at coding and working with Java, you must have a lot of experience working with Java. You must be good working with others.

I need someone that can make me a custom webclient/client that works for all types of computers, windows, macs, etc.

I want someone that can help me build a forums for the server.

I have little knowledge in this stuff however if someone teaches me that is a good mentor I'm an extremely fast worker. I'm 19 years old and would prefer you to be at least 16 years of age. If you are not, I hope you are very mature for your age and highly experienced.

Depending on what the payment is, and what revision the server would be,
I might do some things for you.
I mostly like creating quests and skills, a universal webclient is a piece of cake.

3 people that are a little above average Java developers, a web developer, and a community leader.
Give those people 1 month together, and I can assure you that a lot can be accomplished..
Do note that I have not only witnessed, but have been part of these kind of projects several times.

 

This. Unless you get 5+ coders that all agree on how things are to be done, highly unlikely, it will not get done in one month.
