HighlyMedicated Ban Request

Hey, the user Highly medicated scammed me last night for 5m.
Personally I don't really care but its to protect future users from the scammer.
I have a 1.5hour vid of the whole trade where he is being super weary and doesn't want to go first. He does a few times then argues that he want me to go fist for the last 5m. I keep telling him no, but I was tired and did it anyways because who would go for and hour and a half to scam 5m.... LOL I know, sad isn't it?

I will send the video to a mod because it also has info from my paypal account that I do not want out in the open.
