High possibility of a scammer

anyways didn't wanna go through it till DW (dunworry) made me believe I could be savin someone from being scammed (I haven't been scammed by this guy) I knew better any ways heres why I believe hes a scammer.

after I made a post in the osrs account section to buy accounts this guy msged me http://www.sythe.org/members/466986-jxzified.html

after I did IP check on him he is linked with another person who is banned and was selling account with similar stats

so he added me on Skype and I asked him I would pay in paypal just to confirm (my feelings about him being a scammer) and he said no he will take osrs gp only...

The IP match is a public one, but it's obvious it's the same person. Turntaliensquad has this as his gamer tag on his profile "Jxzeh". Banned jxzified for ban evasion.
