[Govind] XSafires Restitution Request

Story:

Around Christmas 2010 there was some screenshots of the staff lounge leaked, I have no idea about what anymore. Well, the leaks were uploaded to an apache web server owned by an ex-member. Unbeknownst to leaks existence, I did an innocent Google search one day that included the the keyword "Sythe", among other strings. The results Google returned were direct links to the server containing these leaks (a page like this).

I ignorantly posted the Google results page URL in the spam forum. I wasn't trying to attract negative attention, I just wanted to share what I found with the community as I didn't know the leaks existed. Almost immediately I was banned by Finn. Finn always had a personal vendetta against me. He'd constantly mock me when I was in the Sythe tinychat lounge, talk badly about me to other members and he even banned me from the personal help section for a satirical post.

I appealed the ban once, and [url="http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1185117-xsafire-request-pardon.html]requested a pardon once[/url]. Both were denied.

I'd like a chance to become a part of this community again.

I've been asked to mention that staff members other than Govind need not address this request.

 

Not sure if my opinion holds any weight here, but support.

I didn't exactly catch this in his old dispute, but I guess it's nulled seeing as he's requesting a restitution for the initial ban.

He did ban evade, as stated in post 11 on the dispute (thank you Donald Duck) for bringing this to my attention.

However, that doesn't change my opinion. Again, not sure it matters, but I'm posting it anyways.
