High pardon request for Ash Bolter

around 6-7 monthes ago i bought an ebook from govind but paypal held the money for which im not too sure why but im guessing maybe because my PP account was brand new and then govind banned me although i managed to successfully send him $5.99 in the end,so in the end he didnt lose anything
let me know if i am allowed to provide the screenshot of the transaction details over here or on skype etc.

also i was a $25+ donator and it would seem unreaslistic to chargeback $5.99 when i donated over $25

 

Your ban reason does indeed state charging back. If Govind can indeed confirm that was the full ban reason, since I can't find any reports. I'll support a pardon, however your acc was TWC'd when you got banned so you'd return with a TWC
