High In Denver (Skilling scammer)

Good day,

I was a recent victim to High In Denver (AKA Alex) skilling scam.
He was offering to help my account from 60 attack/def to 80 attack/def for 50M RS3 gold.
He stopped doing it and hasn't responded back to messages. I've seen him being active in forums but he's not reaching back to me. The account has been stuck with no training when I paid him...
Here is the completed transaction and convo leading to him not responding.
