Hidden Youtube Game

I just found out that if you pause any video on youtube and hold the left arrow key for 5 seconds it starts that old ass snake game. That game where you control a line and swallow dots to make the line bigger.

Apparently it's there to keep your attention while your video loads.

Did anyone else know about this, and if so how long has that feature been there?

 

I wasn't aware of this until now. That's pretty neat.

 

It's not any video. I knew about if for a few days, it's relatively recent. You can only do it on new videos

Already knew about this from the post that was here about it six days ago.

 

I just found out about that about a week ago.

 

Yeah, this is a fairly recent update. Makes for a pretty cool easter egg.

 

Leave it to YouTube programmers to come up with something unique like that.
