Honestly, his scam methods are a complete waste of time. If he is to scam more than that, it won't be much..and on top of that all the time and effort of gaining vouches.

However, he could be doing legit merchant work to gain profit and then scam in the end.

Then again, there is always the possibility of him being legitimate.
