Caporetto compromised

Hi all! Recently made my return to Sythe, and somehow i got a notification my email was changed to: [email protected]. Luckily i saw this pretty fast and managed to get it DNT'ed trough @Meteor.

I would like to appeal a account recovery so i can start getting back into business. Would like to know how to secure the account better aswell as i have no clue how it got compromised.

What new email do you want on the account? Also you'll need to provide a virus scan of your computer.

Once you do that I will apply the new email, remove any 2fa, and give you access to the account to re-secure.

 

I saw your PM - please post that information here as a new post and I will merge the two.

 

This is odd, account was online on Wednesday - was that the date of the hacking? Or is the account still compromised?

Nevertheless I'm resetting the account entirely, new password, removing 2fa, etc. Please PLEASE secure the account when you're back on it and like this post @Caporetto

@Dave @video ive been trying to get my account 'Caporetto' back for like 2 weeks now. It takes so long for a reply. The account waa compromised somehow. I already provided virus scan to Dave etc etc. Can i have it back? Admins reply please. Thank you.

For what it's worth that's the exact reason why I said post here and don't PM lol.
