For what reason?
if your doing something risky use Paypal,
because btc has no sender protection?
but if your buying gold use btc it's cheaper.

It's hard for me to answer this question when I have no idea what you are using it for?

Would say BTC for buying secure things like gold (non refundable things) For buying accounts I would use paypal as a accounts is always recoverable by the original owner.
