You can allow anyone to verify it without paying them. If you ask for money you are basically selling it to them.

Ruined? What kind of guides are you making that people have to pay for, or that would "ruin" you if they "leaked" out?

Any yutz can make a guide. The only question is whether it's good or not. And I can see requesting something in return, but to have no other option but to buy is just silly, and there's always a good chance that someone might buy it or just see it somewhere and then share with everyone they know. Then what?

I just don't see the logic in selling a guide. (I say this not knowing what kind of guide you have in mind.)

Should you need somebody to verify a guide, I suggest using a mod, if there are none online.. then use people with 1k+ post's and are trusted on sythe.

Yeah use mods to verify the guide. The mods will not leak out a guide, nor would any other trusted member if you choose a trusted member to verify it. Anyway, you can't expect people to buy a guide without anyone clarifying that it works. Seriously, if i said i'll sell you a guide for $100, makes you 500M in 5 minutes, you wouldn't buy it. For the reason that no one apart from myself (who ofcourse is going to say it works), has actually clarified and tested it works. If you didn't realise that then you probably should continue your education until such time that you do, then come back to sythe when your properly educated.
