You make it sound like I intentionally changed it to boost figures. Not true. It was changed automatically when vbseo was installed. I have never touched the active user window. I'm not even sure where it is in settings.

I have been working tirelessly to get this site out of the hole that was dug for it when Google dumped us in the rankings three times last year.

Yes most likely you are looking at your system clock or watch and then comparing that to a time on the site, instead of looking at the site time (listed at the bottom of most pages) and comparing with that.

As far as I know from what iJava posted it's been changed to 30 minutes. You can install vbseo on your own site and verify that this happens.

I haven't touched the setting. As I said, I am not even sure where it would be. Probably session expiry time would need to be extended to change it.
