    Hey, need some help here.

Yeah it's a marathon not a race unfortunately. I'm cutting too, so far I'm down 2 kg at 82 now, still sucks though with progress being so slow, more-so for me since I'm leaner.

    Hey, need some help here.

I think you should be careful with your diet. Eat protein, vegetables, fruit and some carbohydrate. Keep doing sport.

Hmm, I eat everything, but just limited and cut.

I eat a lot of white meat - chicken breast with rice/macaronni/bakedpotato
I eat a little of bread for breakfast, and I usually skip the supper.

I don't have a lot of time, I am meeting my girlfriend at the end of this month.

    Hey, need some help here.

Not sure how much time you have left to meet her but here's my input.

First skipping meals will make you FAT! Your body is learning its not going to eat so it will start storing even more fat as a natural defense since you are not eating.

Now for the areas you are wanting to lose from. The abdominal area is ALWAYS the last place on your body you will lose fat from. This doesn't mean you wont lose fat in other areas and still just be fat in the abdominal area. By this I mean you will lose fat faster everywhere else and still lose belly fat, just slower.

Now I don't know how hardcore you are dedicated to this but I know a little something something that will make your CUT AND look skinnier within days. These will be results not temporary. Keep in mind you WILL have results in 2 days and very noticeable in 3 days. If you make it a week without giving in, then you will start seeing major loss and results.

I have personally done this, It works very damn well. You need to pm me for this. It's not pills or and supplement just changing your diet drastically but safely. Do not PM me though if you cannot handle it, you need 100% dedication. It will suck, you will feel like crap "in a hungry way", you will mentally be fighting yourself to eat bad again. You will look amazing, feel it, and love/ hate it.

    Hey, need some help here.

Having healty and well-planned diet will help you achieve your goal. Partner it also with everyday exercise like a simple walk in the park with your dog or performing daily workouts on a treadmill is a big plus ;)

    Hey, need some help here.

Skipping meals is NEVER advised. Just eat less trough the day.

Try going on a calories defecit every week or so and increase your cardio. Crunches are worthless too, you probably want to skip them instead of meals :p.

    Hey, need some help here.

Eat enough to ensure that you don't keep losing weight from all that running.

    Hey, need some help here.

Stop skipping meals, eating healthy will not only help you gain more muscle and see more results but it also won't hurt you like skipping meals does. Remember that fat loss can never be concentrated on one spot (abs, legs, etc) but rather it happens proportionally around your entire body.

Also look up workout plans and switch it up, doing the same exercise over and over will lead to you plateauing. As long as you stick with it I think you'll be able to reach your goal.
