is it possble to cancel members on an account that u cannot go on?because i was hacked and the recovs were changed and i have members and i cannot log in to cancel members and my dad will be pissed if he finds out that someone else is using his money -.-

Send in a Customer Support Querie, explain the situation, might work unless you ahve the Credit Card # you used/The PbP Pin/ any other membership info, Old recoverys, and old passwords. You might, but it'll be a longshot.

yes you can still cancel the account membership using the payment method you used.

 

Idiots, you go to "Cancel a membership" in account management, and type in your email/cc number/expiration date, -CC means credit card/debit card- and than you can choose which accounts to cancel, and which to leave.

 

customer support is your only option bro.
