    Weight Loss Diet Plan

    I currently weigh 110kg, which is a lot. I am 22 years old and I want to lose weight (fat), and now is the time to start.

    I started yesterday, and this is what I did.

    Morning:
    -2 bowls Kellogg's Special K, with skimmed milk
    -2 Slices of whole wheat bread

    Lunch:
    -Steamed vegetables

    Evening:
    -1 apple
    -1 orange

    Dinner:
    -Tomato soup
    -Steamed vegetables

    comments/suggestions?

    Try doing p90x. It's hard but you'll thank yourself if you manage to complete it.

    Make sure you are still getting meat as well. Also, what are you doing for exercise?

    You don't need to eat less. Just eat healty. No more sugar and fat. You will do just fine.
