Hey guys i need some quick help please!

Hey everyone! n00b sch00l bus here and Im in need of some help!
I purchased 20m and dragon claws from some1 and they were able to xfer over 8m before bh was changed...so im out 12m and dragon claws...and im out 8m because they xfered it to my level 95 but i need it on my 84 pure...
Can someone please tell me of a way where i can xfer the 8m from my 95 account to my 84 account?
